About Orthopod Update
Orthopod Update is a podcast addressing a wide range of topics impacting the orthopaedic community. It is hosted by Dr. Jenna Godfrey of Slocum Center for Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in Eugene, OR. Dr. Godfrey is an ABOS and Hand CAQ certified Hand Surgeon with dual fellowship training in pediatric and hand surgery and research experience in Quality Improvement, Cost Containment, and Patient Safety. She has spent the past five years private practice and performs over 450 cases per year treating the entire hand surgery spectrum of disease, from congenital hand differences to endstage arthritic disease. Dr. Godfrey is also a member of AAOS, AHHS, POSNA, and ASSH, is certified in Quality Improvement, and has a Masters in Public health, with publications in multiple peer reviewed journals.
