The OrthoForum 2026 Annual Conference is our largest event of the year, bringing together all OrthoForum member practices—more than 150 groups from 47 states—for exceptional educational and networking opportunities. The conference features timely keynote speakers, member-led panels, and collaborative sessions designed to advance the physician-owned, physician-lead orthopaedic practice. The 2026 Annual Conference will be held February 26–28, 2026, at the JW Marriott Tampa Water Street.
Forum Meetings are held in late summer and early fall. These events allow members to convene within their respective Forums to focus on benchmarking, best practices, and member-driven content that fosters innovation and operational excellence.
The 2026 Forum Meetings are scheduled as follows:

2026 Conference & Meeting Dates
Sponsor Policies
The purpose of the content below is to communicate OrthoForum sponsorship policies and reminders to sponsors. We aim to provide equity of sponsorship and to ensure that sponsorships are consistent with the strategic direction and core values of the OrthoForum.
General Policies
- While the OrthoForum does not require formal contracts for sponsorship acceptance, we consider written confirmation as a firm commitment. Because sponsor confirmation directly impacts event planning and resources, we expect that confirmed sponsors honor their commitment. Any cancellations of accepted sponsorships may not be refunded and may result in the reevaluation of future sponsor opportunities.
- OrthoForum sponsorship opportunities are for those companies specifically offered by name and do not extend to any affiliate or parent companies.
- OrthoForum sponsors are expected to comply with all applicable international, federal, state, and local laws and regulations in performance of their respective obligations with relation to the event.
- OrthoForum sponsorship represents a bona fide sponsorship and under no circumstances is intended to be an offer or payment made, whether directly or indirectly, to induce the referral of patients, the purchase, lease or order of any item or service, or the recommendation or arranging for the purchase, lease or order of any item or service.
- Additionally, OrthoForum sponsorship investment is not being given in exchange for any explicit or implicit agreement to purchase, prescribe, recommend, influence, or provide favorable formulary status for any of sponsor products or services.
- Any use of The OrthoForum logo or any other OrthoForum-branded digital materials requires approval by an OrthoForum staff member.
Communication Policies
- An attendee list will be provided to all sponsors 3 weeks prior to the event. To maintain a mutually beneficial relationship between sponsors and members, we ask that contact with meeting attendees specific to OrthoForum sponsorship take place within the communication window of 3 weeks prior and 2 weeks post event.
- Frequency of communications is limited to a maximum of once per week within the above communication window.
- Meeting communications should never be addressed to physicians.
Please note that any complaints received from OrthoForum members regarding the violation of the above policies may result in the reevaluation of sponsorship.
Conference Policies
- OrthoForum sponsorship allows 3 sponsor badges for the Annual Conference, 3 sponsor badges for each forum meeting, and 2 sponsor badges for each ancillary meeting, unless otherwise communicated in your sponsorship package. Note that these badges are non-transferable.
- OrthoForum sponsors should refrain from scheduling or coordinating dinners, meetings, or other events that conflict with planned meeting activities.
- Sponsor exhibits (signage, equipment, etc.) must fit within the booth space of 8’ x 8’ x 10’. Note that this space includes a 6 ft. table and chairs for reps. Vendors featuring displays that exceed these measurements may be asked to adjust or take down.
- Sponsors are asked to adhere to the predetermined set-up times and make note of set-up procedures. Detailed information will be sent out prior to each meeting.
- OrthoForum sponsors are welcome to attend general sessions, however, breakout sessions should not be attended by sponsors.
- OrthoForum sponsors are invited to attend all events including breakfast, lunch, receptions, and recreational gatherings to meet your networking needs. Please refer to each meeting’s registration website at registration opening, as space at some events may be limited.
- OrthoForum sponsor information specific to each meeting can be found on the sponsor webpage. A link to each sponsor webpage will be emailed to you upon registration opening for each event.
